NF
Nathan John Feuerstein, born March 30, 1991 was a popular American artist and rapper. He is known as his initials, NF, that can be written as in the form of IF. Two EPs were issued by the artist I'm Free (2012) [3and an EP self-titled in 2014. He signed to Capitol CMG. Mansion was his debut major-label album. It was released March 31st, 2015. His second studio album Therapy Session, which was released April 22, 2016, peaked at number 12 in the US Billboard 200. The albums have garnered numerous distinctions, which include: the Gospel Music Association Dove Award for Rap/Hip Hop Album of the Year (Therapy Session).NF gained mainstream recognition in 2017 with Perception. the album peaked at the top of the charts in the United States and was certified platinum. Its third single, "Let You Down", reached number twelve on the U.S. Billboard Hot 100 and a top ten hit in the world. The Search (2019) was his second album. He enjoyed similar commercial success. Feuerstein said that rap was for him a form of escape in his youth. Feuerstein recorded his songs using the Karaoke Machine, recording his instrumentals with one mic while rapping on in the other. On November 29, 2010, Feuerstein independently released his debut studio album Moments under his real name. The first single he released was, "Alone", on August 2nd, 2011. The track was written by songwriter and producer Tommee Profitt and Brooke Griffith. Xist Music discovered Feuerstein's work in 2012 and became intrigued by his music. Feuerstein released his debut extended play I'm Free on May 2 in 2012 and Profitt provided the production. The tracklist featured nine tracks which included "Alone". The EP also included an exclusive rendition of "Alone" with Sean Simmonds. Xist released a teaser for the release of their self-titled extended piece, NF. However, Feuerstein separated from the label because of a dispute. The release of NF was subsequently delayed. NF featured a track, "Only One", featuring Shuree Williams on the compilation album of the label, Move Vol 1 On the 4th of November 2013 he released an album "Beautiful Addiction" that came out on the 4th of November. Profitt also made an appearance on the song. The track featured vocals from Danielle Swift and Brady Schmitz.
